There are so many property on the Pattaya market that it can be difficult to stand out among the regular agent listings.
When I looked at my 28 day reach figure (number of people that saw one of my posts) on my Facebook page alone, it surpasses 1-million people – and I am not sure many agents can match that. So, I thought to myself I could be a very good route for people looking to sell their property in Pattaya.
Furthermore, I can review the property with a vlog making it easier for the potential buyer to get a better feel for the property than what a photo would offer.
