There are so many different property propositions in Thailand and I like to keep an eye out for interesting ones that come up on the market. In this case it is a 4 luxury villa proposition that has the hallmarks on a holiday rental.
Nicely located near both Pratamanak and Jomtien beaches, a shared swimming pool and sun deck and a reception type building on entrance by the off road parking spaces. It is certainly interesting.
Each villa is 200 SQM, are 2 bedroom and comes fully furnished. In this vlog I suggested 10k – 12k THB per night holiday rental – which I think is possible for long weekends and high season. 5k-6k THB per night throughout the year outside of these peak periods would be a breeze based on how other villas nearby perform.
