Some people say I should stop worrying about the future and live a bit more for today, but that leaves you open for a mess especially as an expat living abroad.
I have a family and with two young kids to consider I do have to wonder what the future holds for them in Thailand. Am I being a good parent living in Thailand or would they benefit more being educated and coming through the UK system?
