As you may have guessed already I am a big fan of living in Thailand. Travel in this country is beautiful, but it is still a welcome change to visit other countries.
What Thailand gives you, as an expat, is an ideal Asian hub to travel nearby Asian countries – everywhere is relatively close.
My flight to Penang in Malaysia was less than 2 hours and if you book with plenty of notice, airfare is cheap.
