Koh Phangan has a reputation as a party island due to the Full Moon Party, but it is also well known for its health and wellness. There are numerous yoga, detox and sauna type activities and my favourite was at Dudka Bar on the Western coast of Phangan.
The 7 foot deep ice pool will haunt me for a long time – it was freezing yet I would not be beaten!
A great place and at only 200 baht very cheap too.
