Exploring Thailand can be liberating as you are generally allowed to take on challenges that in the Western world would be forbidden – such as climbing a large boulder at the top of a summit where one small slip would send you to hospital at very least. But that is just another reason why I love Thailand.
The views on this trek in North Phangan, not far from Bottle Beach, were breathtaking and I loved the danger as I walked out onto the narrow boulder to get a better view.
