Not for one minute do I suggest that I have life all figured out. I find myself working as hard as ever while living and working in Thailand. However, I’ve noticed something in traditional Thai culture—perhaps there is a better way to approach and enjoy life.
Traditional Thailand is more relaxed. People operate at a slower pace, yet they seem genuinely happy.
Could we in the West learn something from this lifestyle—something that might help reduce our stress and improve our overall happiness?
