You can live in Thailand on a range of budgets and many retirees make a good life on a very moderate pension, however I want to share my view on what someone should budget for if they want to come and seek work.
I have based it on a person who doesn’t want to compromise a lifestyle due to any overly low budget and be able to have a great time.
It is also worth mentioning – the elephant in the room, if you like – that there are only certain jobs a foreigner can do in the Kingdom and that you do require a work permit and business visa to work. But, there are jobs available if you properly investigate.
