Just a short 20 minutes boat journey from Koh Samui you will find the beautiful and quiet Koh Tan. The islands may be close but in terms of proposition they are light years apart.
The surprise for me was the amount of things you can discover on this island from stunning views, bat caves to mangroves. Well worth checking out and escaping the high tourism of neighbouring Koh Samui.
