Over the years I have visited many developments from across Thailand, many of which were are all very similar, so I was very keen to see an award winning development. This is why I visited Sivana HideAway in Hua Hin that was named best villa development in Hua Hin by Dot Property. I actually really enjoy looking around new property in Thailand!
What I can say about this development is that it is very nice with many good attention to details – I especially like the roof terrace and the fact they were building a resort in the the development – this means more facilities for the residents living in the village.
Having lived in Hua Hin myself for one year I was quick to work out – in my humble opinion – the best area to live which was the Takiab location, and this project is nestled near Takiab and Koh Tao. It is a great area near the shopping, golf and beaches, yet away from the traffic you find in the more Northern Hua Hin area.
