As much as I like my beer, I like my hitting the gym and sauna; so on a recent trip to Koh Samui I was keen to check out Amba Sauna, Bar and Kitchen.
A sauna followed by any icy cold plunge pool is the miracle cure for tired muscles, headaches and hangovers. You will feel brand new after a session in a sauna.
The Amba Sauna, Bar and Kitchen was opened in 2022 and I loved every minute of my visit – which was 6-hours on a Saturday afternoon.
It is open 7-days a week from 10am – 10pm.
