Self Build in Thailand – Expat building his dream home

I really enjoyed meeting up with fellow Kentish lad Tab in Hua Hin and hearing about how he went about building his new home. Tab wanted to build his dream home himself rather than buy from a developer as he felt he had more control over the design and location – and not forgetting it was cheaper too.

Building your own home regardless of the country does come with risks, so I was keen to see how Tab approached it.
