There is some amazing value in many restaurants in Pattaya, it is indeed a foodies delight to spend any time in this city.
On this particular evening I tried the 4 set course menu and free flow wine packages at Casa Pascal Restaurant on Second Road in Pattaya (just opposite the Royal Garden Plaza shopping centre). I thought it was priced very reasonably with two set menu choices of 890 THB and 1290 THB. You can then buy the unlimited red and white wine free flow at a further 700 THB.
The restaurant opens for breakfast and lunch and then opens at 6pm for evening meal (whilst closed on Monday).
