If you like dining out then Pattaya is a haven, you have every type of cuisine and by and large it will not break the bank for you. You have a few fine dining choices and hundreds of mainstream eateries under that. For me I can never tire of eating out most evenings, I love it.
But then what happened next took me by surprise. A new restaurant sprung up out of no where in Cosy Beach and it proved to be something that Pattaya has never seen before. You see the chef, the self proclaimed former ‘Number 1 celebrity chef of Hong Kong’ is somewhat of a maverick. He is loud, in your face and, in an odd kind of way, that is strangely alluring.
