Pattaya is certainly not a destination famed for its beaches, let’s face it with nearby locations like Koh Samet and Koh Samui it just does not come close. However, deep breath everyone, there is a very beautiful beach just 45 minutes drive away – and it really does tick all the boxes.
I was amazed to see such crystal clear waters and coastline that was litter free; the polar opposite of a beach in Pattaya. Do check it out if you are in the region, besides a few Russians it is by and large tourist free. Not a Chinese tour group in sight!
