Dan about Thailand loves great content from across Thailand from fellow Expats and is delighted to share this post from MeanderingTales.Com. The author, Kim Waddoup, has over 40 years in the travel industry and is now happily living in Thailand.

As one matures, eating a healthy diet becomes one of life’s major challenges, especially when eating out! In a continuing effort to control my own weight, eat healthy food and exercise, I am researching healthy food options throughout Bangkok. This article will be updated with reports as more suitable establishments are discovered!

The Wolf Mama

An unusual name for a sweet little establishment that is located in the W District at Phra Khanon. Its easy to find between the Skywalk Building and the event W District and offers a limited (but growing) menu of highly creative health conscious dishes. There are only 3 tables as they are concentrating on pre-ordered food. It is combined with a Juice Bar(Hey Juice) and a very small café. It is cosy, friendly and HEALTHY!

The menu currently lists 8 dishes ragning from Quinoa Salad with Chicken Paprika, Roasted Pumpkin and spinach with a choice of tofu or chicken, Mexican Quinoa Salad, Spaghetti with almond pesto sauce to Garden Salad with Balsamic Dressing. These are accompanied by a range of Smoothie Bowls, Smoothies and Cold Press Juices.

All food is individually prepared so don’t be in a hurry or join their Line group and pre-order. The current Lunch special is a main course with a fresh juice for just THB.169.
