It has been quite a remarkable turnaround for Soi 7 in Pattaya. A Soi that was once the heart of the cities party zone and then over the years its popularity wained as locations like Soi LK emerged stronger.
And then came along Nick Dean and his NDTVi YouTube channel. Nick had managed a bar in Soi Pothole prior to relocating to Soi 7 but then spotted the opportunity with an ambitious target to revitalise and – to quote Nick’s strap line – “Make Soi 7 Great Again”.
When he teamed up with Marti – a former Pattaya Channel TV producer – the vlogging proposition was further enhanced with a live Sunday stream ahead of the curve in terms of vlogging standards.
