Chances are if you have lived in Thailand for some time now you may have forgotten exactly what you left behind. I had not been back to the UK for some time, and certainly not in the cold months, so for me it was shock just how cold and dark the winter months were. It was very cold, more than I remember.
I recently did a poll among with people left their domestic country and moved to Thailand and 15.87% was for the warm climate – I can certainly feel that reason after being back in the UK.
