Shame on me, sfter all these years of living in Pattaya I have only just discovered Enjoy Andre Belgium Restaurant in Pratamanak. I discovered it quite by chance on Google Maps!
Tucked away off Thappraya road you would not find this place by chance. Furthermore, I am glad I rung first as they told me they were fully booked in the evening – so I turned up a bit earlier. True to their word, by the time I had finished my meal there was not an empty seat in the house.
