The local expat community and Western visitor is always ready to have a big party for Paddy’s day, so much so that the City even arranges a carnival parade along Beach Road each year.
Sadly, I missed the day time shenanigans but managed to grab a pint of the black stuff at Old Rogues Pub in Pratamanak Soi 5 in the evening.
