To escape Songkran this year my family and I went to Siberia, my wife could catch up with her family at the same time.
I must say every time I go to Russia I warm more and more to Russian people – they are certainly misunderstood by the West – and yet in my opinion I find their hospitality and manners actually better than ours. But I will cover that off in another of my vlogs on Russia.
This is the first of my four part series on the country and it’s pretty straightforward too – it is my 4 hour road trip from Irkursk to the impressive frozen Lake Baikal.
