It was some climb through the rapids in the jungle of Koh Chang but well worth it to see the tallest waterfall on the island. Getting to the waterfall was actually part of the whole impressive experience as it meant climbing up to it through the water rapids itself which, for me at least, was super fun.

Khlong Neung waterfall is tucked off the beaten path and deep into the jungle on East Koh Chang. There are no nature trails to get to it, you have to climb the rapids itself on a 30-minute jaunt to get too. It means there are no national park fees to visit it as its not the easiest of climbs. So much so that when water levels are high it is impossible to get to as the rapids are too fast and dangerous (I took the climb in June).
