Pattaya looked like an apocalypse for the last couple of years due to Covid. A town in ruins. But now things are starting to change with more and more tourists arriving and the streets, bars and restaurants becoming much busier.
As I looked across Pattaya bay from the view point it seemed like the opportune moment to discuss the visible changes and also share some stories from fellow expats who, due to the relaxation of entry requirements, since left Thailand and come back into the country again.
