Finally, my kids and I made it to watch Pattaya United play a competitive game of football in Thai League 2 and we loved it!
The team even had a Brazilian striker who looked pretty decent at this level.
The stadium can be found at the end of Soi Nern Plub Waan next to the temple in East Pattaya and parking was very easy (map co-ordinates https://maps.app.goo.gl/Co8QBsAyFx8epRxRA )
Entrance is 150 THB for adults and kids are free, making it exceptional value and a great leisure activity that won’t break the bank.
