After 17 years in Thailand, it’s been quite an adventure with numerous advantages and disadvantages.

I just wanted to give you a little update on my thoughts on the Pros and Cons of expat life in Thailand.

With the Cons, it’s about all the sports shows that you have to get up really early to watch since the time is so different in the UK, and that makes you exhausted throughout the day, as well as the paperwork that you need for your visa to live and work in Thailand.

But, with the Pros, I truly enjoy living in Thailand since the Thai people always seem to be cheerful, whilst other Westerners seem to struggle more. We can eat out virtually every night, which you can’t do in the UK, and vacationing on the island is always fun.
