The James Bond island (Koh Phing Kan) is one of the most iconic locations in Thailand. It is located just a short boat trip away from where I visited on the main land in Phang Nga province. The region is blessed with staggering natural beauty as my photos below lay testament too.

This was my first visit to Phang Nga and I was impressed. The coastline on both the West on the Andaman sea and the East on the Gulf of Thailand are some of the most beautiful I have seen anywhere in the world.

There are a number of restaurants and hotels along the East coast all proving popular for the view points boasted. On this trip I visited the Sametnangshe Boutique. It offered a relaxed coffee shop terrace and a more formal sit down dining option too. It was very nice to be honest with you.

For the explorer in you, it is well worth the trip. From Phuket airport it will take less than an hour to drive too. For now, just enjoy some of my photos from my experience!
